Who I am? I started as an apprentice and then graduated as a French and German engineer to end up as a Patent and Trademark Attorney.
Since 2010, I have been working in the field of intellectual property and I am entitled to represent clients before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, the European Patent Office and the German Federal Patent Court. Of course, I am also entitled to participate in infringement cases before German civil courts.
Individual counselling with the focus on IP being a client’s economic tool and not for the insistence on being right is why I like my job. Even more so in an international or Asian context and preferably in an unconventional, pragmatic, human, direct manner.
Privately I tend to work with my hands, of course they may get dirty or oily . Moreover, I have a passion for tattoos and classic trucks.
